Vacuum Gate Valve
Characteristics:
1. The main body of this series of valves adopts a cast-forged structure, with equal double sealing pairs and semi-forced two-way sealing. The sealing surface moves in place and the wedge block opens and tightens in steps to achieve zero leakage.
2. The friction of the sealing surface movement is small, it is easy to open and close, and the sealing surface wear has an automatic compensation function.
3. Simple and compact structure, easy maintenance and long service life.
4. The packing chamber of the valve cover is equipped with a vacuum sealing structure, which has a self-expanding compression function, and each connection surface is sealed with high-strength expansion materials, which completely isolates the system from the atmosphere and has good system air tightness.
5. The connection forms of this series of valves are divided into flange and welding, and the driving modes are manual and electric. This valve is suitable for use on pipelines with working temperatures ≤425°C and ≤550°C, where the working medium is water, steam or air, as an opening and closing device; it is especially suitable for steam turbine condensation and vacuum negative pressure systems in thermal power plants, where it plays the role of vacuum isolation and sealing.
